When you are feeling stuck and want to effect change in your life, working with me one on one using EFT Tapping means we can look at exactly what is bothering YOU.
You may want a single session to address a pressing issue. This can bring immediate emotional relief for this one thing that is bothering you. That CAN feel AMAZING. In addition, calming your nervous system using tapping allows you to think clearly about the issue and take any necessary action.
Processing a current issue or block often leads to identifying deeper issues or ways of coping – working on these patterns can benefit from more focused work.
A series of personal, individual sessions can help you get to the heart of what you are experiencing and make changes.
This work is for anyone who is interested in transforming their lives – nothing changes unless we change ourselves. Realizing this can give us the courage to look at our emotional reactions and begin the process to change.
As I have done this work, I have become a stronger person. A calmer person. A person who recognizes repetitive thinking patterns and knows I can change. YOU CAN CHANGE TOO.
Sessions and Scheduling
Individual coaching sessions are held via Zoom video conferencing. Sessions last 60 minutes and are $90. In our first session, I like to meet for 75-minutes to get acquainted and learn about your goal for our work together. Moving forward, I work with you to find the right pace to meet your needs.
I offer a free 30-minute chat to discuss your goal answer your questions. I look forward to talking with you.
Groups

What we do
In my group tapping circles, we are here to support each other. I guide the group in EFT Tapping with very open language so each person can focus on their own issue.
You work on one thing that is bothering you right now on MUTE, so you can keep the details of what you are tapping on completely private.
Working together within the group helps you stay with the issue at hand for longer than you might if you were just tapping on your own.
Tapping is a practical tool that has a set structure that works really well to help you notice how what is actually upsetting you.
This is self-care – giving yourself an hour to be present to whatever is bothering you in the moment and taking the time to tap.
Anyone is welcome to sign up for one of my groups. I do limit the number of attendees so that I am able to give individual attention and assist each person.
Group Tapping Sessions are $20 and last for about 75 minutes. No prior experience with tapping is necessary.
